This notice explains how End2End Local processes personal data for visitors and clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For quote requests see Contact Us / Get a Quote.

1. Who we are

End2End Local (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a United Kingdom local growth agency helping businesses win near-me search, map pack visibility and conversion-focused websites. Our services include Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Social Media Marketing, Competitor Analysis, Graphic Designing, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

We work with organisations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — including Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, the West Midlands, East Midlands, Bristol and the South West, Tyne and Wear, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Swansea, Belfast and many towns in between. Our trading address is 205 Ley Street, Ilford, IG1 4BL, Essex, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@end2endlocal.co.uk or +44 7868 239373.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit end2endlocal.co.uk, submit a Get a Quote or Contact Us form, request a Site Audit preview, communicate with us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or engage us for Local SEO, web development or related services. It is written for people and businesses in the United Kingdom and reflects the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. The data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process identity and contact details such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, postal address and the town, city or county you serve (for example Ilford, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Southampton, Norwich, Plymouth, Aberdeen or Derry/Londonderry). If you request a quote for Local SEO, Google Business Profile work, ecommerce development or graphic design, we may also collect details about your website URL, Google Business Profile listing, target keywords, service areas and competitors.

When you use our website we automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and approximate location derived from IP (for example England vs Scotland). If analytics or similar tools are enabled, we may collect usage statistics about pages viewed — such as Services, Territory Map, Site Audit, Contact Us, FAQs or Privacy Policy — to improve performance and content. Forms may include a honeypot field used only to reduce spam; that field should remain empty for genuine users.

If you become a client, we may process project-related information needed to deliver Website Development, Local SEO keyword roadmaps, AEO/GEO content systems, social calendars, competitor analyses or design assets. That can include brand guidelines, login credentials you choose to share (stored securely and only as needed), analytics access, and reporting metrics such as Search Console-style clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for local keywords across your target counties and cities.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to respond to Contact Us and Get a Quote requests sent to hello@end2endlocal.co.uk; to prepare proposals for Local SEO, map pack rankings, conversion websites and related packages; to deliver contracted services across the UK nations and English regions named above; to send service updates, invoices and project communications; and to improve our website, Territory Map tools and Site Audit experiences.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying insights — for example which services are most requested from businesses in Essex versus Greater Manchester — to plan content about Local SEO, Google Business Profile, ecommerce checkout optimisation, AEO answer visibility and GEO AI citations. We do not sell your personal data. Marketing emails, if any, are sent only where we have a lawful basis and an easy way to opt out.

Where you ask us to optimise local visibility, we may analyse public business information and competitive listings in your area (for example nearby plumbers in Kent, restaurants in Glasgow or clinics in Cardiff) to recommend keyword and Google Business Profile tactics. That analysis is about market context; it does not give us ownership of third-party personal data beyond what is already public or lawfully provided.

4. Lawful bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on one or more lawful bases: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract (for example preparing a quote after you submit our contact form); legitimate interests (operating and securing our website, responding to enquiries, improving Local SEO and web service delivery for UK SMEs); consent where required (for optional cookies or non-essential marketing); and legal obligation (for example retaining certain financial records).

You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If you object to legitimate-interest processing, we will assess your request carefully, especially where it relates to direct marketing.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share personal data only when necessary with trusted processors who help us run the business — for example email hosting (including mailboxes such as hello@end2endlocal.co.uk), website hosting providers (such as Hostinger or similar infrastructure), analytics platforms, and professional advisers. These parties are required to protect your information and process it on our instructions.

Some tools may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations, so that Local SEO clients in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England receive equivalent protection.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business reorganisation — always limited to what is necessary.

6. Retention

Enquiry and quote data from Contact Us / Get a Quote forms is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, typically up to 24 months if no engagement begins, unless a longer period is justified. Client project files related to Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Social Media Marketing, Competitor Analysis, Graphic Designing, AEO or GEO are retained for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for continuity, dispute resolution and legal obligations (for example accounting records).

Server logs and security records may be retained for shorter windows. When data is no longer required we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — including access controls, HTTPS on end2endlocal.co.uk, careful handling of credentials used for Local SEO and website projects, and staff awareness. No online transmission is perfectly secure; if you suspect unauthorised use of your data relating to our services, contact hello@end2endlocal.co.uk immediately.

8. Your rights

If you are in the UK you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email hello@end2endlocal.co.uk with enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant records — for example the email used on a quote form or the business name associated with a Google Business Profile engagement in your county.

We respond within the timeframes required by UK law. Requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may be refused or charged a reasonable fee where permitted.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Our site may use essential cookies required for security, theme preference (for example remembering dark mode) and basic operation. Optional analytics cookies, if used, help us understand how visitors from London, the Midlands, the North of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland use pages about Local SEO, Territory Map coverage and Site Audit tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we will seek it in line with PECR and UK GDPR expectations.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information via our forms, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Third-party links and local tools

Pages may link to Google resources, map providers, social networks (such as Instagram) or partner sites. Those services have their own privacy notices. Territory Map and related geography features may call public UK datasets or third-party APIs; those calls are typically about places and postcode areas rather than identifying you personally, except insofar as your IP is processed by infrastructure providers.

If we embed a partner logo or badge in our footer, interaction with that partner’s widget may be governed by the partner’s privacy policy as well as ours.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Local SEO service delivery, website features, hosting arrangements or UK law. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of end2endlocal.co.uk after updates constitutes awareness of the revised notice for website visitors; material changes affecting clients may also be communicated directly.

13. How to contact us about privacy

For privacy questions, Subject Access Requests or concerns about how we handle data from Contact Us forms, Local SEO retainers or website projects anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, write to End2End Local, 205 Ley Street, Ilford, IG1 4BL, Essex, United Kingdom, or email hello@end2endlocal.co.uk. You can also call +44 7868 239373. We are committed to transparent, lawful processing so UK local businesses can focus on ranking for the keywords that matter, winning the map pack, and converting searchers into customers — with privacy treated as part of that trust.
